More questions?
Do I need a GP referral to use this service?
No. You can book directly. If you choose NHS care afterwards, we provide a detailed consultant-approved plan for your GP to consider.
Are blood tests mandatory for menopause diagnosis?
Not usually. Menopause is often diagnosed based on clinical symptoms alone. If your situation is uncertain (e.g. early menopause) or more complex, we may recommend blood tests or scans.
Can I use my NHS GP for ongoing prescriptions instead of paying privately?
Absolutely. Our plan is NHS-friendly, though your GP retains final discretion. If they agree, you can avoid private medication costs.
What if my symptoms are too complex for remote management?
We handle a wide range of menopausal issues. Should we determine you need in-person care (e.g. face-to-face consultant, advanced hospital services), we’ll guide you to the most suitable referral pathways.
